Fireside Burien

Fireside was really great. First, the service was really wonderful. Our server was so pleasant. I got the smash burger and added lettuce and a side salad. It was really delicious. I like one patty, but if you are really hungry, get the double. The side salad was a really big portion. My husband got the fish (walleye) and chips and was super impressed. We started with the fried shrimp appetizer - you get 6 really big shrimp that were fried perfectly and came with a really great horseradish cocktail sauce. I also enjoyed a well-made Manhattan. Reservations were easy to make and glad we did during the dinner rush as they got busy, and it was nice to sit near the fire. Really enjoyed our dinner, and we'll definitely be back to try more.

First time here, and I really liked it. Fun vibes and neat decor to look at. Super friendly staff. Food was delicious, ESPECIALLY their banana cream dessert. We ordered a French dip with tater tots, a double smash burger, and fries. It was delicious . We'll totally be back soon!

A great new discovery in Burien. Awesome design, charming and a restaurant that invites you to stay awhile and chat. Sean was our amazing server. Good food, drinks and atmosphere.

Hidden gem in Burien! Doesn’t look like much from the outside but don’t be fooled- inside it is a warm cozy restaurant with a great food! We had the Wednesday night special- Prime rib cooked to perfection! We sat by the fire and our server was friendly and attentive. Get the baked potato - it’s awesome too! Forgot to snap a photo before we dug in so it doesn’t do this meal justice. The portion was huge enough for us to split it. Highly recommend!

I loved this place! If I lived nearby, this would be my neighborhood hangout. I want this to be the place where they know my name. Welcomed as soon as we walked in. They seated in the best spot in the house. The service and food were so amazing I will be raving about it for years to come. Thank you Skip for a super fun dinner. If you are traveling make sure you stop here for dinner, drinks, brunch, whatever. Don't miss out!!! I will be back and I will bring friends. more stars.

Came here for brunch and everything was excellent. The decor is cultivated "uncle's den chic" with fun, classic beer signs (Strohs! Schlitz!) and a dark, dim fireside room. The classic American fare is upscale without being overpriced or overengineered. The menu has affordable additions like fried eggs and bacon or sausage. Definitely a great value. Service was overwhelmed by their customers for a while, but they seemed to work well as a team.

Came for the famous smashburger...but...the churros tres leches cake!?! (Rotating item) INSANE!! They have a rotating menu that changes the first Thursday of the month. Service was excellent. Drinks looked good. Food, 10/10.
